Domestic shipping
Processing time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note that we only ship to Canadian addresses at this time.
If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we'll contact you by email or phone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Orders over $250 ship free anywhere in Canada. For all other orders, shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Canada Post is our preferred carrier; however, we'll use the most cost-efficient carrier available.
Local pickup
Free local pickup is available for customers residing in Edmonton and area. For more information on our shipping and delivery policy, contact us atinfo@capitalcitydiecast.com.
14-day returns & exchanges
We offer hassle-free returns on domestic orders. Simply email us atinfo@capitalcitydiecast.com with the reason for the return and we'll reply with return/exchange instructions within 24 hours.
All items must be in the original manufacturer box and packed the way the manufacturer packed them. We take special care in packing your order, but some items may shift in transit and cause parts to become loose. Please note that very minor imperfections on models, while not common, do occur. Every listing states its condition up front.
If your item arrives damaged, please keep the original manufacturer box and shipping carton and email us right away. All defective models may be returned for a replacement of identical items only.
Returns and exchanges must be shipped back within 14 calendar days from the day of purchase. Refunds are returned using Email Money Transfer. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
